Please complete the registration form below before attending your first session. This helps us make sure the programme is welcoming, accessible and suitable for everyone taking part.

All activities are beginner-friendly and can be adapted, so please let us know about anything we should be aware of or anything we can do to help you feel comfortable joining us.
