The Next Step Collective CIC exists to support women to rebuild confidence, develop practical skills, and access meaningful opportunities after life changes. Through supportive, community-led programmes, we work to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and create safe spaces where women feel connected, supported, and empowered. Our mission is to help women move forward into work, the community, business, and a brighter future — with confidence, skills, and a strong support network around them.
