This weekly programme is designed for women who are experiencing low confidence, poor mental health, financial pressure, or feeling isolated and alone. It offers a welcoming environment where women can come together to feel supported, learn new skills, and take small steps forward.

About the event

A safe, supportive space for women to reconnect, rebuild and move forward


Each session combines emotional support, practical learning and meaningful connection. Activities are shaped around the needs of the group and may include journaling, creative expression, wellbeing support, financial skills, and guidance to help women feel more confident about work and life.

Alongside this, we provide a free hot meal at every session, helping to ease financial pressure and create a warm, inclusive space where women feel cared for and valued.


Women are also supported with access to further help where needed, including links to local services for mental health, finances, and wider support.

This programme is about more than just learning - it’s about feeling less alone, building confidence, and having the support to move forward at your own pace.
