About the event
A welcoming, women-only space to move, connect and feel good again
This weekly programme is designed for women who feel disconnected from exercise, lack confidence, or don’t feel comfortable in traditional fitness environments. Whether you’re starting from scratch or returning after time away, this is a safe and supportive place to begin.
Each session includes gentle movement, fun dance-based fitness, and time to relax, chat and build connections with other women. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no need to be “fit” just a chance to move your body, boost your wellbeing, and feel part of something.
The programme is free to attend, helping remove barriers and make it easier for women to take that first step back into activity, community and confidence.
